【摘要】目的 探讨手机APP健康教育新模式在2型糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法 随机选择2015年9月至2016年2月于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者180例。应用随机数字法将患者分为传统健康教育组和APP健康教育组,各90例,分别采用对应的健康教育方法。比较患者一般临床资料。并于6个月后记录患者对新模式接受程度,比较血糖相关指标。结果 入选患者180例中,完成全程健康教育并接受随访152例,失访28例,2组各14例。APP健康教育组男性比例低于传统健康教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),身高、体质量、病史、血压、血糖、血脂、血肌酐等指标差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。全组79.0%(120/152)的患者在随访中愿意继续接受手机APP健康教育新模式,全部随访过程中未发生低血糖及高血糖急性并发症。健康教育6个月后,APP健康教育组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于传统健康教育组,血糖控制达标率高于传统健康教育组[(9.6±2.0)mmol/L比(10.4±2.1)mmol/L、(7.8±1.1)%比(8.4±1.4)%、35.5%(27/76)比19.7%(15/76)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 手机APP健康教育新模式可以改善2型糖尿病患者血糖控制水平,提高预防并发症的意识,改善患者预后。
【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the application value of smartphone APP health education model in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected from outpatient clinic of Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University from September 2015 to February 2016. They were randomly divided into traditional health education group and APP health education group, with 90 cases in each group. General clinical data, patients′ acceptance for APP model and blood sugar indicators were analyzed after 6 months of health education. Results Among 180 patients, 152 patients completed health education and follow-up; 28 cases were lost, with 14 cases in each group. Male ratio in APP health education group was lower than that in traditional health education group with statistical significance(P<0.05). There were no significant differences of height, body weight, medical history, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid and serum creatinine levels between groups(all P>0.05). During the follow-up, 79.0%(120/152) patients were delighted to continue accepting APP health education model; no hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia-related acute complications occurred. After 6 months of health education, 2 h postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in APP health education group were significantly lower and the blood sugar control rate was significantly higher than those in traditional health education group[(9.6±2.0)mmol/L vs (10.4±2.1)mmol/L, (7.8±1.1)% vs (8.4±1.4)%, 35.5%(27/76) vs 19.7%(15/76)](all P<0.05). Conclusion New health education model using smartphone APP can help blood sugar control in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus, improve the awareness of preventing diabetic complications and the prognosis of patients.
