供给侧改革视角下公立医院精细化管理的思考

• 【摘要】公立医院改革是医疗领域供给侧改革的核心部分。本文在供给侧改革的视角下归纳了目前我国公立医院所取得的成就及面临的普遍性困难，并在此基础上介绍了北京安贞医院的一系列实践。提出从供给侧入手进行精细化管理是公立医院保持良好发展的有效途径。具体而言即提升供给质量、调整供给方向、降低供给成本、疏通供给渠道，总体上提升医院的核心竞争力，促进医院的全面可持续发展。

• 【Abstract】The reform of public hospitals is the core part of supply-side reform in the medical field. From the perspective of supply-side reform, this paper sums up the achievements and general difficultys faced by public hospitals in China and introduces a series of countermeasures and practices in Beijing Anzhen Hospital. We propose that the fine management from the supply side is an effective way for public hospitals to keep good development. In particular, it is to improve the quality of supply, adjust the direction of supply, reduce the cost of supply, and dredge the supply channels, aiming to improve the core competitiveness and promote the comprehensive and sustainable development of hospital.
