硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔对妊娠高血压患者血清脂联素及基质金属蛋白酶水平的影响

• 【摘要】目的    分析硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔对妊娠高血压患者血清脂联素及基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）水平的影响。方法    选取2016年8月至2019年1月浙江中医药大学附属第二医院收治的妊娠高血压患者138例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各69例。对照组患者给予硫酸镁治疗；观察组患者给予硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较2组临床总有效率和治疗前后血压、血清脂联素、内皮素1、MMP水平。结果    治疗后观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组患者［95.7%（66/69）比82.6%（57/69）］，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组收缩压、舒张压、内皮素1、MMP-2及MMP-9水平均明显低于治疗前，血清脂联素水平均明显高于治疗前，且观察组收缩压、舒张压、内皮素1、MMP-2及MMP-9水平均明显低于对照组［（117±11）mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）比（128±11）mmHg、（78±7）mmHg比（86±7）mmHg、（37±4）ng/L比（51±7）ng/L、（19±6）mg/L比（25±5）mg/L、（12±4）mg/L比（19±4）mg/L］，血清脂联素水平明显高于对照组［（6.1±1.4）mg/L比（4.3±0.7）mg/L］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论    硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔可明显改善妊娠高血压症状，且对患者血清脂联素及MMP水平异常有明显的调节作用。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the effect of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol on serum adiponectin and matrix metalloproteinase（MMP） levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods    Totally 138 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from August 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 69 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate and labetalol. Blood pressure, serum levels of adiponectin, endothelin-1, MMP before and after treatment and the overall clinical efficacy were analyzed. Results    After treatment, the total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group［95.7%（66/69） vs 82.6%（57/69）］(P＜0.05). Levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum endothelin-1, MMP-2 and MMP-9 significantly decreased after treatment in both groups; the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group［（117±11）mmHg vs （128±11）mmHg,（78±7）mmHg vs （86±7）mmHg,（37±4）ng/L vs （51±7）ng/L,（19±6）mg/L vs （25±5）mg/L,（12±4）mg/L vs （19±4）mg/L］（all P＜0.05）; serum adiponectin level increased after treatment and it was significantly higher in observation group than that in control group［（6.1±1.4）mg/L vs （4.3±0.7）mg/L］（all P＜0.05）. Conclusion    Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol can significantly alleviate pregnancy-induced hypertension and regulate adiponectin and MMP in serum.
