• 【摘要】下肢动脉硬化闭塞症是血管外科临床常见疾病，其治疗方法在近十几年有了巨大的进展，随着介入技术和器材的飞速发展，腔内治疗已经逐步取代传统旁路手术成为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症治疗的首选。但血管钙化一直是影响腔内治疗开通率以及远期通畅率的常见问题之一。目前随着心血管介入器材领域的发展以及成功应用，一系列新技术为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症钙化病变的介入治疗提供了新的方向和思路。

• 【Abstract】Arteriosclerosis obliteration（ASO） of lower extremity is a common disease in vascular surgery. With the development of interventional techniques and devices in recent decades, endovascular treatment has gradually replaced conventional bypass surgery as the first choice for the treatment of ASO. However, vascular calcification of ASO is a common challenge affecting the patency and long term prognosis of endovascular therapy. New techniques and equipments have been successfully applied in cardiovascular intervention, providing directions for further improvement in intervention strategy for calcified lesions of ASO.
