• 摘要：

• 肝移植是目前治疗终末期肝脏疾病最有效的手段，然而移植前患者往往合并认知功能障碍及脑部病变，移植后在肝脏功能恢复后仍常常伴随神经、精神并发症，及时诊断肝移植患者的神经、精神并发症及脑部病变十分关键。尤其对于肝移植围术期患者，提高监测水平，正确认识神经、精神并发症及脑部病变，并给予科学合理的管理，对减少围术期及长期并发症、提高生存率和生活质量尤为重要。

• At present liver transplantation (LT) is the most effective method for the treatment of end-stage liver diseases. However, patients before transplantation are often complicated with cognitive impairment and brain lesions. After transplantation and the recovery of liver function, it is often accompanied with nerve and mental complications. It is very important to diagnose the nerve and mental complications and brain lesions of LT patients timely and accurately. Especially during perioperative period, it is important to improve monitoring means, correctly recognize nerve and mental complications and brain lesions, and scientifically manage patients for reducing perioperative and long-term complications and improving survival rate and quality of life for LT patients.
