神经病理性疼痛(NP)是一种慢性疼痛,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们开始注重生活质量的提高,对NP治疗越来越重视,然而NP涉及多种因素,发病机制比较复杂,治疗效果欠佳。18 kDa转运蛋白(TSPO)作为医学领域的研究热点靶蛋白之一,参与甾体类固醇的合成、线粒体氧化应激、细胞自噬凋亡等。近年来,研究表明TSPO与NP的发生有一定关系,TSPO可以通过多种通路来缓解NP,可能成为未来治疗NP的靶点。本文对TSPO在NP方面的作用机制研究进展进行综述。
Neuropathic pain (NP) is a chronic pain condition. With the continuous improvement of people′s living standard, people begin to pay attention to the improvement of life quality, and pay more and more attention to the treatment of NP. However, NP involves a variety of factors, the pathogenesis is more complex, and the treatment effect is limited. As one of the hot target proteins in the medical field, 18 kDa translocator protein (TSPO) is involved in steroid synthesis, mitochondrial oxidative stress, autophagy and apoptosis and so on. In recent years, studies have shown that there is a certain relationship between TSPO and the occurrence of NP. TSPO can relieve NP through a variety of pathways, and may become a target for the treatment of NP in the future. This paper reviews the progress on mechanisms of TSPO in NP.
