维持性血液透析并发腰椎棕色瘤1例

• 摘要：

• 血液透析是慢性肾衰竭一种有效的治疗手段，但不能有效纠正慢性肾衰竭所致的钙磷代谢紊乱，也不能阻止继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的发生，使之成为影响维持性血液透析患者透析质量和生活质量的重要因素。棕色瘤是血液透析患者较为少见的并发症，容易与骨肉瘤、骨巨细胞瘤、骨转移瘤等相混淆，临床医师需要完善实验室检查和影像资料,做出明确诊断，制定精准治疗方案。通过本例病案报告分析以期提高临床医师对棕色瘤的了解和重视。 

• Hemodialysis is an effective treatment for chronic renal failure, but it can not effectively correct the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism caused by chronic renal failure, nor can it prevent the occurrence of secondary hyperparathyroidism, making it an important factor affecting the quality of dialysis and life of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Brown tumor is a rare complication in hemodialysis patients, which is easy to be confused with osteosarcoma, giant cell tumor of bone and bone metastatic tumor. Clinicians need to improve laboratory examination and imaging data, make clear diagnosis and formulate accurate treatment plan. This case report aims to improve the clinicians′ understanding and attention to brown tumor.
