• 摘要：

• 肺炎链球菌是常见的革兰阳性致病菌，可以引发多种感染性疾病，在儿童感染中致死率较高。肺炎链球菌肺炎严重威胁着人类健康，且全球抗菌药物耐药问题日益严重，提出更加高效治疗肺炎链球菌肺炎的方案，将有利于提高患者的生存率和减少患者的经济负担。肺炎链球菌溶血素是目前研究最深入的肺炎链球菌肺炎治疗靶点，但是研究者对其他靶点的整理尚不足。广泛研究肺炎链球菌肺炎的潜在靶点以备验证，增加干预疾病的方向并促进精准用药，能快速提高防治肺炎链球菌肺炎的效率。宿主和病原体是罹患肺炎链球菌肺炎的2个重要方面，现从肺炎链球菌肺炎的宿主和病原体2个角度对肺炎链球菌肺炎潜在靶点的作用进行综述，以期为寻找治疗肺炎链球菌肺炎的新靶点提供参考。

• Streptococcus pneumoniae is a common gram-positive pathogen, which can cause a variety of infectious diseases and has a high mortality rate in children. Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia is a serious threat to human health, and the global antibiotic resistance problem is increasingly serious. More efficient treatment plans for Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia will be beneficial to improve the survival rate of patients and reduce the economic burden of patients. Pneumolysin  is the most intensively studied therapeutic target of Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia. However, other targets have not been sorted out enough by researchers. Extensive research on the potential targets of Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia for verification, increasing the direction of disease intervention and promoting precision medicine use can quickly improve the efficiency of prevention and treatment of Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia. The host and pathogen are two important aspects of Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia. This article reviews the role of potential targets of Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia from the perspectives of the host and pathogen, in order to provide reference for finding new targets for the treatment of Streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia.
