• 摘要：

• 炎症性肠病（IBD）是一类病因和发病机制尚未完全明确的炎症性疾病，努力探究IBD发病的机制和治疗靶点是炎症性肠病研究工作的重点。近年来，随着对IBD病理研究的不断深入，人们逐渐认识到IBD的病理过程中存在一种新型的细胞死亡形式，即铁死亡。研究发现，IBD患者病理组织中存在与铁死亡发生密切相关的一系列病理变化，本文对铁死亡及其在IBD病理中的作用和近年来有关通过铁死亡相关靶点对改善疾病的作用机制及表现进行综述，为铁死亡靶向治疗IBD的新思路提供研究依据。

• Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a group of inflammatory diseases. Its etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear. Efforts to explore the pathogenesis and treatment target of IBD is the key of IBD research. In recent years, with the in-depth study of the pathology of IBD, people gradually realize that there is a new form of cell death, namely iron death in the pathological process of IBD. It has been found that there are a series of pathological changes closely related to iron death in the pathological tissues of patients with IBD. This paper reviews iron death and its role in IBD pathology and the mechanism and manifestation of iron death related targets in improving diseases in recent years, so as to provide a basis for the new idea of iron death targeted therapy for IBD.
