• 摘要：

• 代谢综合征是机体代谢紊乱的一种病理状态，不仅伴随血糖、血脂等多种代谢异常，还会导致心血管疾病以及其他并发症的出现。细胞焦亡作为一种全新的细胞死亡方式，其过程中伴有炎症反应的发生，依赖半胱氨酸蛋白酶1介导的经典细胞焦亡途径及其他非经典途径都参与代谢综合征的发展。细胞焦亡过程中炎症小体的激活及大量炎症因子的释放是代谢综合征发生发展的主要原因之一。本文就细胞焦亡相关途径以及细胞焦亡在代谢综合征各组分或其他相关代谢性疾病中的作用作一综述。

• Metabolic syndrome is a pathological state in which the metabolism of the body is disturbed, not only with various metabolic abnormalities such as glucose and lipids, but also leading to cardiovascular diseases and other complications. As a novel form of cell death, pyroptosis is often accompanied by inflammatory responses. Classical pyroptosis pathway relying on the caspase-1-mediated and other non-classical pathways are involved in the development of metabolic syndrome. The activation of inflammatory vesicles and the release of large amounts of inflammatory factors during pyroptosis are the main causes of the development of the metabolic syndrome. This paper provides a review of the pathways associated with pyroptosis and the role of pyroptosis in various components of the metabolic syndrome or other related metabolic diseases.
