大动脉炎心脏瓣膜病变的研究进展

• 摘要：

• 大动脉炎是一种慢性、肉芽肿性血管炎，其在亚洲年轻女性中多发，主要累及主动脉及其主要分支。除此以外，大动脉炎还可引起心脏瓣膜的病变，其中以主动脉瓣最为多见，主要表现为主动脉瓣反流，常会导致不良预后。目前大动脉炎累及心脏瓣膜所致病变尚少见文章系统阐述。本文总结既往大动脉炎引起心脏瓣膜疾病的相关文献，并从心脏瓣膜的流行病学（包括大动脉炎心脏瓣膜病变的主要人群和受累的瓣膜）、发病机制、临床诊断方法和药物及外科治疗等4个方面阐述大动脉炎心脏瓣膜病变的研究进展。

• Takayasu arteritis is a chronic, granulomatous vasculitis that occurs most frequently in young Asian women and involves the aorta and its major branches. In addition, Takayasu arteritis can also cause heart valve lesions, among which the aortic valve is the most common, mainly manifested by regurgitation of the main artery valve, so it can lead to poor prognosis. At present, there are few articles systematically elaborating on the involvement of cardiac valve lesions in Takayasu arteritis. This article summarizes the relevant literature on cardiac valve disease caused by Takayasu arteritis in the past, and elaborates on the research progress of cardiac valve disease in Takayasu arteritis from four aspects: epidemiology of cardiac valves(including the main population and affected valves), pathogenesis, clinical diagnostic methods , drugs, and surgical treatment.
