• 摘要：

• 心肌纤维化是心血管疾病进展中重要的病理改变，各种心血管疾病导致的心功能不全都与心肌纤维化有着不可分割的关系。心肌纤维化的调控机制复杂，主要与肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、细胞因子、非编码RNA、血管活性物质、活性氧等密切相关。本文就心肌纤维化的主要机制研究进展进行阐述，旨在为心肌纤维化的治疗提供新的方向。

• Myocardial fibrosis is an important pathological change in the progression of cardiovascular diseases. Cardiac dysfunction caused by various cardiovascular diseases is inseparable from myocardial fibrosis. The regulatory mechanism of myocardial fibrosis is complex, which is mainly related to renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, cytokines, non-coding RNA, vasoactive substances, reactive oxygen species and so on. This article reviews the research progress of the main mechanism of myocardial fibrosis, aiming to provide a new direction for the treatment of myocardial fibrosis.
