黄芪治疗血管性痴呆药理机制研究进展

• 摘要：

• 血管性痴呆（VD）是一种以认知和记忆功能减退为主要表现的痴呆类型，目前尚缺乏有效的治疗药物和方案，近些年来其发病率呈上升趋势，严重影响患者生活，给社会带来沉重负担。黄芪是治疗VD的常用中药，其药理作用十分广泛，通过查阅相关药理学研究和动物实验方面的文献发现，黄芪中含有黄芪多糖、黄芪皂苷、黄酮类化合物等多种活性药理成分，能够通过修复胆碱能系统损伤，改善认知功能、抑制炎症反应、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡等作用对VD起治疗作用。本文总结了黄芪治疗VD的药理机制，并分析了其对相关调控靶点和受体蛋白的影响，为今后黄芪治疗VD的研究提供思路和参考。

• Vascular dementia (VD) is a type of dementia characterized by cognitive and memory impairment. At present, there is still a lack of effective treatment drugs and programs. In recent years, its incidence has been on the rise, which seriously affects the lives of patients and brings a heavy burden to society. Astragalus is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of VD, and its pharmacological effects are very extensive. By consulting the literature on relevant pharmacological research and animal experiments, it is found that astragalus contains a variety of active pharmacological components such as astragalus polysaccharides, astragalus saponins, flavonoids, etc.,which can treat VD by repairing cholinergic system damage, improving cognitive function, inhibiting inflammatory response, anti-oxidative stress, anti-apoptosis and other effects. This paper summarizes the pharmacological mechanism of astragalus in the treatment of VD, and analyzes its influence on related regulatory targets and receptor proteins, so as to provide ideas and references for the future research of astragalus in the treatment of VD.
