• 医学学术期刊是我国医药卫生领域相关科研成果的传播与推广平台，其高质量发展是国家医学学术实力和国际影响力的重要体现。新中国成立后，我国医学学术期刊取得的成就被广泛关注，医学学术期刊服务国家、社会，在传播知识、人才培育、学术交流、引领创新、成果转化、对外交流等方面作出了突出贡献。新时代新要求，我国科技期刊不断增强期刊影响力、传播力、美誉度。广大科技工作者、医学学术期刊出版工作者肩负使命，如何守正创新，产出新成果任重而道远，本文就医学学术期刊高质量发展过程中涉及的相关要素进行总结论述。

• Medical academic journals are the platforms for the dissemination and promotion of related scientific research achievements in the field of medicine and health in China, and their high-quality development is an important embodiment of national medical academic strength and international influence. After the founding of the People′s Republic of China, the achievements of medical academic journals in China have attracted wide attention. Medical academic journals serve the country and society, and have made outstanding contributions in the dissemination of knowledge, talent cultivation, academic exchange, leading innovation, achievement transformation, and foreign exchanges. With the new requirements of the new era, the scientific and technological periodicals in China are constantly strengthening their influence, communication power and reputation. The majority of scientific and technological workers and medical academic journal publishers shoulder the mission, and there is a long way to go on how to keep the integrity and innovation, and produce new results. This paper summarizes and discusses the relevant elements involved in the high-quality development of medical academic journals.
