• 摘要：

• 目的 探索心血管病合并轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）患者对计算机化认知功能训练（CCT）的使用意愿，为促进心血管病合并MCI患者CCT的使用提供参考。方法 采用描述性质性研究的方法，以目的 抽样的方式选取2023年6—9月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院住院符合纳入标准的16例心血管病合并MCI患者为访谈对象进行半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi现象学资料分析法分析资料，提炼主题。结果 本研究针对16例心血管病合并MCI患者CCT的使用需求，共提炼出3个主题：患者对CCT的态度；阻碍患者使用CCT的因素；促进患者使用CCT的因素。结论 加强心血管病合并MCI患者对CCT的认知和医护人员相关培训，加大相关的政策支持，并提供CCT的使用帮助，有助于提高心血管病合并MCI患者CCT的使用率，从而提高患者认知功能和生存质量。

• Objective To explore the willingness of cardiovascular disease patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to use computerized cognitive training (CCT), so as to provide a reference for promoting the use of CCT in cardiovascular disease patients with MCI. Methods Using the method of descriptive qualitative research, a total of 16 cardiovascular disease patients with MCI who were hospitalized in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University from June to September 2023 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the interview objects by purposive sampling for semi-structured interviews. Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method was used to analyze the data and refine the theme. Results This study identified the needs of 16 patients with cardiovascular disease and MCI for the use of CCT, and three themes were extracted: the patients′ attitudes towards CCT; the factors that hinder the use of CCT; and the factors that promote the use of CCT. Conclusion Enhancing the awareness and training of cardiovascular disease patients with MCI on the use of CCT, providing more policy support, and offering assistance in using CCT can help increase the use of CCT among cardiovascular disease patients with MCI, thereby improving their cognitive function and quality of life.
