• 摘要：

• 世界肥胖人口日益增加，已有研究证明孕妇肥胖对生产结果与后代均有影响。这意味着若不及时控制孕期妇女的肥胖程度，未来世界肥胖人口将成指数不断上升。因此，对于孕期肥胖妇女的干预刻不容缓。本文旨在通过总结近年孕期肥胖产生的风险与对子代的影响，探索孕期营养干预和管理的前景，为后续相关研究提供建议。

• The number of obese people in the world is increasing, and studies have proved that maternal obesity has an impact on birth outcomes and offspring. This means that without timely control of obesity during pregnancy, the world′s obesity population will continue to increase exponentially in the future. Therefore, the intervention of obese women during pregnancy is urgent. This article aims to summarize the risks of obesity during pregnancy and its impact on offspring in recent years, explore the prospects of nutritional intervention and management during pregnancy, and provide suggestions for follow-up related research.
