• 摘要：

• 随着诊疗技术的提高，越来越多的复杂性先天性心脏病（CCHD）术后女性可存活至生育年龄，其妊娠前需要进行充分且全面的评估，妊娠期可能出现严重并发症或对胎儿生长发育造成严重影响的患者，应严格避孕，避免妊娠；对于心功能良好，可耐受妊娠的CCHD术后患者，实施妊娠全程严密监测，多学科管理，以确保良好的母婴结局。本文对CCHD术后患者产科管理的研究进展进行综述。

• With the improvement of diagnosis and treatment technology, more and more women with complicated congenital heart disease (CCHD) survive to childbearing age, and the patients need to be fully and comprehensively evaluated before pregnancy. Women who may develop serious complications during pregnancy or have serious impact on fetal growth should be strict with contraception to avoid pregnancy. For patients of CCHD after surgery have normal heart function and can tolerate the pregnancy, the whole process of gestation should be closely monitored, and implement multidisciplinary management to ensure good maternal and infant outcomes. This paper reviews the research progress on obstetric management of patients with CCHD after operation.
